MOXA MPC-2190 Series

Die Panel-Computerserie MPC-2190 ist mit einem Intel-Prozessor der 3. Generation ausgerüstet und kann mit bis zu 4 GB Systemspeicher bestückt werden. Er bildet eine zuverlässige und vielseitig einsetzbare Hochleistungsplattform für industrielle Betriebsumgebungen auf See. Mit seinen beiden seriellen RS-232/422/485-Schnittstellen, vier NMEA-0183-Ports und zwei Gigabit Ethernet LAN-Ports unterstützt der Panel-Computer MPC-2190 eine Vielzahl von seriellen und marinespezifischen Schnittstellen sowie die Hochgeschwindigkeits-IT-Kommunikation, und das jeweils bei systemeigener Netzwerk-Redundanz.

Die Standarddisplays der Serie MPC-2190 weisen eine Reihe von Verbesserungen auf, die in Industrieumgebungen nützlich sind (unter anderem eine Helligkeitsregelung über den vollen Bereich, weite Betrachtungswinkel und optional optisches Bonding). Zudem sind sie mit einigen Innovationen ausgestattet, die speziell für maritime Betriebsumgebungen geschaffen wurden.

Dazu zählen die benutzerfreundlichen SavvyTouch-Bedienelemente für Bildschirmeinblendungen, bei denen ein Näherungssensor ein komfortables Einstellen unter schwachen Lichtverhältnissen erlaubt, ferner die unmittelbare Ausgabe von Hardwarestatus-Berichten auf BIOS-Ebene (was hilfreich ist, wenn es festzustellen gilt, warum eine Maschine nicht startet), und eine ECDIS-Quick-Switch-Taste (nur bei den farbkalibrierten ECDIS-Ausführungen), mit der die Helligkeitseinstellungen sofort auf eine der drei voreingestellten Kalibrierungen umgeschaltet werden können, die durch den ECDIS-Standard vorgegeben sind.

Darüber hinaus ist die Serie MPC-2190 modular aufgebaut, was die Geräteintegration in neue oder bestehende Industriesysteme weitaus einfacher gestaltet, die Inbetriebnahmekosten senkt und die Markteinführungszeiten insgesamt verkürzt.

Die Marine-Panel-Computer MPC-2190 sind konform zu mehreren Industriestandards für Schiffsanwendungen - beispielsweise IEC 60945, IEC 61162, IEC 61174, DNV und IACS E10 - und halten daher den besonderen Belastungen stand, denen sie auf See ausgesetzt sein können. Das Unibody-Gehäuse in der Schutzart IP54 (Frontplatte) bzw. IP22 (Rückwand) bietet einen wirksamen zusätzlichen Schutz gegen die rauen Bedingungen, die in Betriebsumgebungen auf See häufig anzutreffen sind.

Auf Anfrage sind farbkalibrierte ECDIS-Versionen erhältlich, die eine ideale HMI-Alternative für ECDIS-Kartendarstellungs- und Navigationsstationen sind.
